During an interview with the Independent newspaper, Robbie Savage declared his long-time love for the village of Abersoch.
The former Blackburn Rovers and Wales midfielder is far from being the first celebrity to have links with the village, with writer Carla Lane and TV adventurer Bear Grylls known to own property nearby. Abersoch has seen a huge transformation in the last years, with the census showing just 25 families lived in the village. However, John Gosling from the Abersoch and Llyn Tourism Partnership, said celebrity endorsements such as these, are much welcome.
